Brown Bag Parenting Education is a self-paced course of practical tips and techniques for parents and caregivers in the state of Delaware.

The program is free and provides an alternative to onsite parenting classes. Brown Bag is approved by the State of Delaware as a parenting education course for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children under the age of 18.

Brown Bag includes eight lessons, with chapter checkpoints and evaluations. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate.

Lessons include:

*Balancing work and family                              *Building sibling relationships

*Developing a healthy diet                               *Communicating effectively
