Leasing the DSU MMPL

Once you have successfully completed the two-part DSU training program and are ready to use the DSU Mobile Meat Processing Lab (MMPL) to process your own animals, please verify the availability of your chosen dates on the MMPL calendar, and submit a lease request at least 14-days ahead of your preferred dates.
